One-to-one workplace support

The Workplace Decoder Call

Work has got messy.

Maybe it’s a vague manager.
A weird meeting.
A return-to-work plan with the structural integrity of a wet paper bag.
A performance review.
A communication issue.
Or one of those “quick chats” that makes your nervous system start drafting a resignation letter.

Bring me the workplace problem that’s going round your head.

We’ll spend 60 minutes untangling it.

You’ll leave knowing what to do next — and what to say.

What this is

A practical one-to-one call for neurodivergent adults dealing with a specific workplace problem.

You bring one issue. We look at:

  • what is happening
  • what is unclear
  • what you can control
  • what needs saying
  • what the next step should be

After the call, you’ll get a short written recap.

Nothing fancy.
No 12-page report.
No laminated empowerment workbook.
Just the useful bits.

You can use this call for things like

  • a difficult conversation with your manager
  • unclear expectations at work
  • return-to-work worries
  • performance review panic
  • communication issues
  • workplace burnout signs
  • reasonable adjustment wording
  • feeling stuck between “say something” and “pretend to be fine”
  • deciding whether to stay, push back, or start planning an exit

What you'll get

01

A 60-minute video call

One focused conversation about your workplace issue.

02

A short written recap

You’ll get:

  • the main issue we identified
  • 2–3 practical next steps
  • wording or scripts where useful
  • anything you need to stop wasting energy on

03

A clearer sense of what to do next

That might mean sending an email. Asking for clarity. Setting a boundary. Preparing for a meeting. Or deciding this job is held together with vibes and printer toner.

What this is not

This is important. This is not:

  • therapy
  • legal advice
  • HR representation
  • crisis support
  • ongoing coaching
  • between-call messaging
  • a full workplace case review
  • a replacement for ACAS, a union rep, solicitor, GP, or mental health crisis service

This is work strategy and practical support.

One call. One problem. Clear next steps.

Who this is for

This is for you if:

  • you’re neurodivergent or suspect you are
  • work has become confusing, draining, or messy
  • you need practical help, not vague encouragement
  • you want clear words for a difficult situation
  • you can bring one specific problem to the call

Who this is not for

This may not be right if:

  • you need urgent crisis support
  • you want ongoing messaging after the call
  • you need legal advice
  • you want someone to fight your employer for you
  • you want a full plan for your entire working life in 60 minutes

A 60-minute call can do a lot.

It cannot rebuild the whole office, retrain your manager, and cleanse the printer room of bad decisions.

A shame, frankly.

Questions

Can I bring more than one issue?

Bring one main issue. If there are several things tangled together, that’s fine — we’ll find the main knot. But this is not a “please sort my entire career by Thursday” situation.

Will you tell me exactly what to say?

Where useful, yes. You may get wording for an email, meeting, boundary, or clarification request. I like scripts because “just advocate for yourself” is usually advice from someone who has never met a vague manager with a lanyard.

Is this suitable if I’m in crisis?

No. This is work strategy and practical support. It is not therapy or crisis care. If you are at risk, feel unsafe, or need urgent mental health support, please contact emergency services, NHS 111, Samaritans, your GP, or a local crisis service.

Is this legal advice?

No. I can help you think through the situation, prepare wording, and understand practical options. I cannot give legal advice or act as your representative.

What happens after I book?

You’ll choose a time, answer a few short questions, and get a confirmation email. After the call, I’ll send a short written recap.
