These terms apply whenever you buy a digital product from Thrive with Rhys. By placing an order, you agree to them — please read them alongside our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

What we sell

We sell downloadable digital products — guides, prompt packs and toolkits — for personal use. Products are delivered as instant digital downloads; nothing physical is shipped.

Orders and payment

All orders are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive access to your download — usually by email or an on-screen download link — within a few minutes.

Licence to use

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or claim the material as your own. All content remains the intellectual property of Thrive with Rhys.

Because our products are instant digital downloads, refund availability is limited — see our full Refund Policy for details, including your rights under UK consumer law.

Not professional advice

Our products offer general guidance on workplace and career topics for neurodivergent adults. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, HR or professional advice specific to your situation.

Our liability

We provide our products and website "as is" and do our best to ensure accuracy, but we don't accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (such as for death, personal injury, or fraud).

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
